Worshipping a Living God

Have you ever walked through a museum, looking at artifacts from a long-gone civilization? There's a sense of reverence, of history, but you know the people who made those things are gone. Sometimes, if we're not careful, our church services can feel a bit like that—like we're gathering in memory of a long-dead founder. But what if it's not a museum at all? What if, when we gather, we are stepping into the throne room of a living, present, and active King?
