Welcome to the 2026 camping season! We are excited to have you join us. Please follow the guide below to ensure your camper’s spot is reserved and your information is processed accurately.
🗓️ Important Dates & Deadlines
  • Registration is Now Open: Start your application today!
  • Early Registration Deadline: April 30, 2026
  • Note: Many camps fill up quickly. We strongly recommend registering as early as possible to guarantee a spot.
⚠️ Vital Requirements
To reduce human error and streamline our organization, please adhere to the following:
  1. Forms MUST be Typed: Hand-written forms are prone to misreading. Typed forms ensure accuracy for medical and contact information.
  2. Email Preferred: Please email your completed PDF directly to the registrar. This is significantly more efficient than hand delivery.
  3. Complete Information: Registrations with missing or illegible information will be returned, and a spot will not be reserved until the form is corrected and resubmitted.
🖱️ How to Register (Step-by-Step)
  1. Visit the Website: Go to www.campshetek.com (or search "Camp Shetek" in your browser).
  2. Find the Registration Section: Click the "REGISTER" button on the main page.
  3. Select Your Payment Path:
    • If your church is helping pay: Click the "REGISTER NOW" button under the section titled "A CHURCH IS HELPING ME PAY."
    • If paying independently: Select the "REGISTER NOW" button under the other payment options. (Note: If you choose this, please notify the registrar of the camper’s name and which camp they are attending.)
  4. Complete the Form:
    • Use a computer for the best experience.
    • Fill out the entire form. Use the Tab key to move between fields.
    • Use your Mouse or Spacebar to check/uncheck boxes.
    • Insurance Info: If the camper is covered, you must provide policy details. The "Name of the Insured" should be the primary policyholder (usually a parent).
  5. Save and Submit:
    • Save the completed form as a PDF.
    • Email the PDF to the registrar (contact details below).
    • Pro Tip: Use "Save As" to keep a template if you are filling out forms for multiple children.
📱 Mobile Users (Phones/Tablets)
While the PDF will open on Android or iOS devices, it is only fillable if you have a PDF Editor app installed. If using a phone, you will likely need to select "Send a Copy" to email the finished document.
