The Way Through the Storm

Imagine two people attempting to climb a treacherous cliff, and they face a fierce storm. The first climber gets part of the way up, but the wind and exhaustion are too much, and they fall. They know the struggle, but only up to the point of their failure. But the second climber endures it all, every gust of wind, every sharp rock, every moment of pain, and makes it all the way to the summit. Who would you trust to show you the way? It’s one thing to have someone who sympathizes with your struggle; it’s another thing entirely to have someone who has conquered it.
