The Separation of Church and State

Have you ever heard the phrase "separation of church and state"? It often brings up ideas of government staying out of religion, and religion staying out of government. But does that mean the state answers to no one? That it can make its own rules without a higher accountability? Today, we'll explore a powerful idea: that while the state has its role, it's a role given by God, and like any ambassador, it ultimately answers to the King who commissioned it.
